What’s inside
Module 1: Introduction & Resources
Let’s get started! We’ll spend some time getting to know each other and ourselves. What are you goals for the program? What does success look like to you?
We’ll also take a look at the content of each module to understand what is Mindfulness, Relaxation, Gratitude and Guided Imagery and how can they support us on our healing journeys?
Module 2: Deep Relaxation & Gratitude
These are some of the first ways we can move from stress to rest. Here we learn the tools to begin to move out of our sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight, freeze) and into our parasympathetic nervous system (rest, digest, restore) where real healing can begin.
Module 3: Mindfulness
Paying Attention. On Purpose. In the Present Moment. Without Judgement. Mindfulness allows us to begin to tap into the power of the mind-body connection. As we become more mindful, we become more embodied. As we become more embodied, we meet the opportunities for healing our bodies are trying to tell us about.
Module 4: Guided Imagery
Discover a new way to relate to your pain points. Go deeper with the mind-body connection and the power of belief to shift your experience from suffering to thriving.

If you need to miss a session, no worries! Life happens. You will still have access to Homework, Practice, and any other material that is covered during the session.

Yes! Let's get real for a second. Healing journeys are a commitment. A commitment to yourself to show up, do the work, and, ultimately, be really honest about what works and what doesn't. So, if at any point after the first 6 weeks and you've attended every class and fully completed every homework assignment, you feel that this just isn't the right fit for you, let me know, and I'll send you a refund.
