Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Joy Labs & Grand Rapids Social Dance Studio K-Pop Takeover 2.0! This is a four hour opportunity to sell your wares to attendees of the public event. Please take a moment to read over the details and event policies before filling out the application below.

6ft Table Fee (Up to 2 Vendors): $60

8ft Table Fee (Up to 2 Vendors): $80

Additional Vendor Fee: $30

  1. Vendors are required to bring their own booth set up, including table and chairs. Maximum table length is 8 feet.

  2. The majority of your merchandise must be K-Pop related.

  3. This is a family friendly event. 18+ materials are strictly prohibited from being sold or displayed.

  4. Illegal items of any kind are strictly forbidden.

  5. Vendors accept all responsibility for any damages left to the event space due to their display.

  6. Joy Labs is not liable for any stolen or damaged display items.

  7. Vendors can arrive on site to begin setting up as early as 12:00pm and are expected to stay for the duration of the event.

Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved on a rolling-basis. Applications will remain open until all spots are filled or until Friday March 27, 2026, whichever comes first.

Selected vendors will receive an invoice that reflects their selected options below (# of vendors for the tables and table size). Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or their spot will be forfeit.
