Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the inaugural K-Pop Takeover of West Michigan 2025. Because this is the first time we are running this event, we are pleased to offer vendor participation completely free of charge. No table fees. No booth fees. Please take a moment to read over the event policies before filling out the application below.
Vendors are required to bring their own booth set up, including table and chairs. Maximum table length is 4 feet.
This is a family friendly event. 18+ materials are strictly prohibited from being sold or displayed.
Illegal items of any kind are strictly forbidden at the Grand Celebration Center.
Vendors accept all responsibility for any damages left to the event space due to their display.
Joy Labs, Social Dance Studio of Grand Rapids, and the Grand Celebration Center are not liable for any stolen/damaged display items.
Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved/declined on a rolling-basis. Applications will remain open until all spots are filled or until Wednesday September 3, 2025, whichever comes first.
